Head office and administration

To support all these units, our management and administration team includes 12 people. This unit is based at the Vulliette site in Lausanne and at the CMU in Geneva.

 

Main tasks

The Management and Administration Unit is responsible, among other things, for:

  • Managing CURML’s human resources in collaboration with the human resources (HR) departments of the two departments to which CURML belongs, namely the CHUV Department of Medical Radiology (DRM) and the HUG Department of Primary Care (DMPR)
  • Administrative management
  • Management of expert assessments
  • Coordination of teaching
  • Administrative support for UNIGE and UNIL: administrative coordination of courses, student support, exams, doctoral students, and faculty
  • Coordinating research
  • Quality management
  • Communication
  • Ensure financial follow-up and prepare financial statements
  • Manage the organization, booking and reimbursement of travel costs for attendance at conferences, seminars and training courses by CURML staff
  • Manage and supervise funds
