Head office and administration

To support all of these units, our administrative team includes 25 people. It is placed under the responsibility of our administrator and site correspondent, Mrs Ewa Rossier.

Main tasks

  • collate reports from different units
  • manage CURML human resources in collaboration with Human Resources (HR) at the two departments of which the CURML is a part, namely the University Department of Ambulatory Care and Community Medicine of the CHUV (DUMSC) and the Department of Community Medicine, Primary Care and Emergency of the HUG (DMCPRU)
  • manage different diaries and appointments
  • place orders with suppliers
  • invoice the services of different units
  • ensure financial follow-up and prepare financial statements
  • manage the organization, booking and reimbursement of travel costs for attendance at conferences, seminars and training courses by CURML staff
  • manage and supervise funds
  • carry out all administrative tasks inherent in our profession
